Judging from the title of this post, you are probably expecting some in-depth analysis about all the boobs here in Italy. Well, sorry. This is about a different kind of bust...
After an up and down tournament, Bill Chen has busted out of contention. The guy who bested the math whiz hadn't even realized he'd won the hand. At first. But he caught up quickly enough as Chen walked away from the table with a heavy heart and empty pockets.
Prolific online player Dan Smith saw the end of his tournament chances when he went all in holding a pair of queens against Marco Vailati's pocket aces. When all was said and done, Smith's chip count takes a big hit and, forced all in by David Edlar, he walked away from the table empty handed.
Jose Valero went all in with pocket 3's against Fabio Zappietro. Yikes, dude... Taken out by a guy named Fabio. Isn't there a cover of a romance novel somewhere needing a bare chested, long haired Romeo?
Constant Rijkenberg took an axe to the tournament chances of Alessandro Guiseppe Pastura, forcing him all in pre flop with a pair of 2's.
The competition is dwindling allowing only the strong to survive. Who will bust out today? Stay tuned to find out. And, who knows? Stick around long enough... and I may in fact post an in-depth analysis of bobbies. Don't worry, boys, I got your back!
