He was spotted today at a $0.01/$0.02 No Limit ring game on PokerStars and told the rail he was going to stay at that level until he has $25.00, and then move up to $0.02/$0.05. He also said that if he loses his initial $10 he will quit the challenge. No word yet on what amount he will quit at if he is ahead, or how high up he will go in the levels.
At a certain point he will reach a level he can no longer beat. Judging by his inability to laydown top pair on High Stakes Poker, it is likely that level will be about $1/$2 or $2/$4 in todays games. That should be where this challenge gets interesting to watch.
Chris "Jesus" Furgeson was able to grind out $10,000 on Full Tilt while never making a deposit...however on PokerStars it is next to impossible to cash in the freeroll tournaments so Negreanu went for the next best thing, making a micro deposit.
