Aussie Millions $1100 buy in hits $700k in Prize Money
The second $1,100 No-Limit tournament, drew a field of 389 players making it bigger then the previous $1100 tournament. The combined prize pool beyond the expected $500k guaranteed for the two tournaments. Now sitting at over $700k.
The field included live poker stars Jason Gray and Tino
Lechich, online phenoms Michael "TheBigSiCK0" Guzzardi and Josh
"JJProdigy" Field. Also competing PokerNews'es Tony "Tony G" Guoga, Marc Des Angeand also Eric Assadourian who was late.
Tony G was in the action throughout the day, seated for much of the day at a table that
saw big hand after big hand, he eventually ran into one of these big hands that showed him the door. Notable eliminations included Josh Field, Marlon
Goonawardana, Joel "StrongPlay" Dodds and 2008 PokerNews Cup Champion
Nali Kaselias.
Notable survivors include Jozef Berec, Martin Cardno, Eric Assadourian and Paul Rochford.
